A program subscription is the contractual switch that controls which investor programs a client can ever be priced on. It's how the platform enforces — at the business level — that a lender only sees and prices the products they're actually authorized to sell. No accidental pricing on a program you don't carry.
In Company Manager, open the client and go to its program subscriptions, then check the investor programs that client may use and save. Each row is one program the client becomes eligible to price; remove a subscription and that program disappears from the client's pricing immediately. History Mode lets you see and restore past changes.
A subscription is a governed join between a client and an investor program, written through the stored-procedure data layer and soft-deleted (never hard-deleted) so the change stays auditable. The Program Engine reads the subscription set as its very first gate — it never evaluates a program a client isn't subscribed to — which keeps eligibility scoped and fast.

What eLCee reveals is scoped to the viewer's access tier — sub-technical audiences get a sanitized view. A hard guard keeps secrets, credentials, and proprietary internals off-limits to everyone, independent of tier, and never discloses the underlying AI provider.
When a question exposes a knowledge gap, the corpus is strengthened in place, so eLCee gets more accurate over time. Because answers are grounded in documentation written against the live codebase and re-verified when the system changes, there is no separate manual to drift out of date — the knowledge is current by construction. An automated evaluation and adversarial test harness gates every change to guard against regressions and leakage.
